Royal Hands Inc., trading as Learn to Draw Manga ("we", "us", "our"), operates two separate SMS messaging programmes. You can opt in to either, both, or neither.
Customer care programme. If you opt in, you may receive text messages about:
Marketing programme. If you opt in separately, you may receive text messages about:
Consent to the marketing programme is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive marketing messages in order to book a call, apply, buy anything, or use any part of our service. Marketing messages are sent only to people who have separately opted in to that programme.
You give consent by ticking the relevant SMS consent box on a form on our website. There are two separate boxes, one for each programme. Neither is ticked for you, and you can submit any form without ticking either.
Message frequency varies for both programmes. It depends on where you are in the process and what you have asked us about. Most people receive a small number of messages around a booking, and occasional messages otherwise.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for our messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving them, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
You can opt in again at any time by ticking the relevant consent box on any of our forms.

You must be 18 years or older to receive text messages from us. Our programme is only open to applicants aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly send messages to anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not opt in.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive messages with any third party for their marketing purposes.
We share your information only with the service providers who help us send messages on our behalf, and only so they can deliver them. They are not permitted to use your information for anything else.
